Beananza Store allows its valued customers to return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving their order. Unfortunately, if the 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging, and a proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

• Shipping costs for non-defective products or for personal reasons. However, we will issue a full refund for defective products.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will ask for a bank account number to deposit the refunded amount. Since our payment method currently is cash on delivery, one of our responsible team members will contact you to provide the necessary information. If this is not applicable, please inform our representative to offer you an alternative method. This process may take up to one week.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you still have not received your refund despite receiving confirmation, please check your bank account and then contact your bank. There may be processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Process
To return your item, mail it to us.

Currently, we can only accept returns through our assigned courier services.

After approval of the return process, we will send the courier company to collect the product from your address during their working hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
