THE ESSENCE OF JAPANESE COFFEE CULTURE: PURITY, SIMPLICITY AND ELEGANCE.
Their traditional long black coffees are a gourmet invitation to pause and savor the delicious complexity and refined taste of coffee. To best recreate these flavors, we have combined two strong coffee origins known for their refinement and excellent quality to create a balanced blend that evokes these smooth, delicate and naturally sweet aromas. Rich in contrasts, this blend owes its strong floral notes and fine acidity to lightly roasted Arabica from Ethiopia and its rich flavors to washed Arabica from Mexico.
